Tags are the fastest way to gather things in Chord!. You simply attach as many tags as you wish to items. Tags can have a name and a color. You can delete tags in the Settings of the app, Documents section, Tags tab. Deleting a tag does not delete its tagged items.

Some tags are specific, however.

The favorite tag

The favorite tag is special because its items are possibly displayed directly on the home screen. If you don’t want to bother with tags but still want to mark specific items, this is the tag to use.

The working palette tag

Only chords and chord fingerings can be tagged with this tag. This tag is directly accessible as a button on the fingerings screen. Items tagged with the working palette tag can be used directly when writing a song. Thus, you can mark your chord or fingerings as you encounter them, even if you’re not writing a song.
